The following communication is from our new Broker EFP for your TWU Voluntary Benefits. 

Dear Local TWU 567 Members, 

A banking change is taking place for your Voluntary Union Benefits with TWU. You must update your JetNet deductions before August 28, 2026.

On Monday, August 17, 2026, you will receive an email from Employee Family Protection (EFP) with your specific Hanover Bank banking information and deduction amount.

Upon receiving the email, please log in to JetNet and:

1. Remove your current Flushing Bank deduction for your TWU Voluntary Benefits. 

2. Add the new Hanover Bank deduction using the information provided in your EFP email.

Important: Your account information and deduction amount are specific to you. Do not use or share another member’s banking information or deduction amount, as doing so may result in errors with your deductions

Please complete this update as soon as possible. Any deductions sent to Flushing Bank after September 1, 2026, will be returned to American Airlines.
