You should have previously received an email notice, on or around August 17, 2026, from EFP, the company that handles your TWU voluntary union benefit premium payments.

In that email, EFP informed you that you needed to update your Jetnet direct deposit payroll deduction information on JetNet to change banks for your TWU voluntary benefits. 

You were to drop the direct deposit account for flushing bank and add a new direct deposit account for Hanover bank account routing number and account number that was provided to you in the August 17 email from EFP. The banking and premium payment information in that email is specific to you.

If you find that email, please follow the instructions to update payroll deduction information right away.

If you did not receive that email, or you cannot find that email, please contact the EFP Service Center at 844-606-0524 right away.

You must take action quickly to continue your voluntary benefit policy(s) and avoid additional missing payments.
