Instructions for Electronic Transfer Form

For Furloughed Employees

 

  • · Access the Internet and type in “http://aacareers.com.”
    • · Then click on “Career Support,” located at the bottom of main page.
    • · Input your AA employee number and the last four digits of your social security number, then click on “login.
    • · Scroll down to “Job Opportunities;” click on “Agent, Rep, Planner & TWU transfer information- Apply for transfer on line.
    • · Transfer Request for Furloughed Employees” page will be displayed. Click on the first link “Skip to Agent/Rep/Planner section.” The current list of open transfer opportunities is displayed. Click on the position desired and it will direct you to the “Submit Request for Transfer” page.
    • · If your desired position and location are not shown above, click on the drop down menu and select your desired job.
    • · Fill the form in completely and submit.
    • · Once successful, you will get the message “You will be added to the transfer list.”
