As you know, we are here to assist you with continuation of your TWU benefit coverage in the absence of a payroll deduction.
If you are receiving this email, as of March 20th you may not have set up your direct deposit. If you know you have completed the process, please disregard.
In order to avoid a lapse in coverage, you must set up your direct deposit in JetNet AS SOON AS POSSIBLE with the correct premium amount (keep reading for instructions on how to obtain this).
Please reach out to us at info@unionbenefitplanners.com to receive INSTRUCTIONS FOR JETNET (page 1) and your unique TOTAL PREMIUM and ACCOUNT NUMBER (page 2).
IT IS VITAL THAT YOU DO NOT USE your personal bank information or credit union account.
You can also contact your President or Local Benefit Coordinator for these instructions.
