Marines Scholarship Deadline

Week of February 11, 2008

The Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is accepting applications from children of Marines and Navy Corpsmen serving with Marines for college scholarships. To be eligible to apply, a student must be the child of a current U.S. Marine or the child of a former Marine (living or deceased), exhibit academic success, community service, and have an adjusted family income of less than $77,000 (the Marine rank of Sergeant Major). If siblings apply, then there is an additional income allowance of $10,000 for each child in college. The deadline for student applications for this year is March 3, 2008. Applicants are urged to visit Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation or call 1-800-292-7777.
