Instructions for Electronic Transfer Form
For Furloughed Employees

Note: Jetnet access is not required. Access via the aacareers.com website used by external applicants and click on the link for furloughed employees.

Access the Internet and type in “http://aacareers.com”
Then click on “ Career Support, ” located at the bottom of main page.
Input your AA employee number and the last four digits of your social security number, then click on “ login. ”
Scroll down to “ Job Opportunities;” click on “ Agent, Rep, Planner & TWU transfer information- Apply for transfer on line. ”
“ Transfer Request for Furloughed Employees” page will be displayed. Click on the first link “Skip to Agent/Rep/Planner section.” The current list of open transfer opportunities is displayed. Click on the position desired and it will direct you to the “ Submit Request for Transfer” page .
If your desired position and location are not shown above, click on the drop down menu and select your desired job.
Fill the form in completely and submit.
Once successful, you will get the message “ You will be added to the transfer list.”
