Instructions for Electronic Transfer Form
For Furloughed Employees

Note: Jetnet access is not required. Access via the aacareers.com website used by external applicants and click on the link for furloughed employees.

  • Access the Internet and type in http://aacareers.com
  • Then click on “ Career Support, ” located at the bottom of main page.
  • Input your AA employee number and the last four digits of your social security number, then click on “ login.
  • Scroll down to “ Job Opportunities;” click on “ Agent, Rep, Planner & TWU transfer information- Apply for transfer on line.
  • Transfer Request for Furloughed Employees” page will be displayed.   Click on the first link “Skip to Agent/Rep/Planner section.”   The current list of open transfer opportunities is displayed. Click on the position desired and it will direct you to the “ Submit Request for Transfer” page .
  • If your desired position and location are not shown above, click on the drop down menu and select your desired job.
  • Fill the form in completely and submit.
  • Once successful, you will get the message “ You will be added to the transfer list.”
