Update on your TWU sponsored benefits. Piedmont would like you to set up your direct deposit account in jetnet between 12/27/23 - 1/7/24. Piedmont will be emailing and texting you a link during this time period to set up or update your direct deposit account in jetnet for your TWU-sponsored benefits.
An email and text message from Piedmont will be sent to TWU members to remind them when the scheduling calendar is open. Please check your email and Text messages for communications from Piedmont. These emails and text message will remind you to set up or update your Jetnet direct deposit with the new premium amounts, either automatically using Piedmonts prompts, or manually by logging in and updating yourself. This will allow you to pay for your TWU sponsored benefits you signed up for in the fall.
Please note your TWU sponsored benefits will not be paid if you do not set up a direct deposit account on Jetnet. If you did not receive an email or text message, you can call Piedmont 866 254-5245 or email support@piedmontpays.com to request your account setup information or billing questions.
Please note if you have an existing TWU sponsored account already set up for direct deposit on Jetnet, it will be labeled as Bancorp at the bottom of your paycheck, and in your direct deposit account access and update area on Jetnet it is labeled as TWU Vol Benefits or whatever nickname you provided.
