We’re excited to announce the 100 honorees of the 2025 Circle of Excellence. The Circle of Excellence is the highest honor and gratitude awarded to team members for their career achievements. Honorees are those with a career-long history of exemplary customer service, commitment to their teams and operational excellence. Each recipient has demonstrated their ability to support our business objectives and purpose with their unwavering commitment, care and compassion.
This year’s honorees include a collective 2,715 years of service, three Real American Heroes and two Safety Champions. With an average of 27 years of service and more than 5,500 collective Nonstop Thanks received in 2025, these team members are standouts among their peers.
