Urgent Action required to retain your TWU - Sponsored Benefits for 2026.
You must enroll with our new broker, HUB and their TWU - Sponsored products.
Your current TWU - Sponsored products will expire at the end of 2025 and will no longer be supported by our new broker!
The TWU Local 567 open enrollment with our new broker, HUB benefit counselors, will be available for Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Voluntary Life and AD&D Insurance, Accident Insurance, Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Critical Illness insurance, Universal Life and Life events, and ID Shield & LegalShield protection.

- At DWH a TWU - Sponsored benefit counselor will be available at the following location, next to the hut in front of bay 5 in the hanger, with the following dates and times: 11/12 thru 11/14 at 5am -2pm and 4pm - 12am. Then 11/17 and 11/18 at 5 am-2 pm and 4pm-12am. If you cannot make the listed dates or times, schedule your appointment at www.efpnow.com/TWU or use this link: https://booknow.securedata-trans.com/dn7y5xbk/ Call center: Daily hours will be 8am - 5pm EST starting 11/5 thru 11/21. You must use a counselor or call center to retain your TWU benefits.
- To enroll for TWU - Sponsored benefits for the Maintenance Control Technicians (IOC) the Call Center: Daily hours will be 8am - 5pm EST starting 11/5 thru 11/21. These times and dates, along with the TWU - Sponsored benefit counselors, are for TWU Local 567 members only.
*Reminder if you currently have the Company (AA) LTD on your after-tax deduction line, Listed as LTD-TWU-IAM on your paycheck, and you want the TWU-sponsored LTD you must only choose one. You do not want to have both the company (AA) LTD or the TWU-sponsored LTD policy.
If you do decide to drop your AA LTD during AA annual enrollment and decide you want back in at a later date you might have to fill out a statement of health form to see if you are eligible to be back on the company's AA LTD plan.
